Rick & Ashley… Engaged! { Ripon Wedding Photography }

Meet Rick & Ashley who are getting ready to say “I Do” later this summer at the River Mill. These two are so stinking cute! The look that they both have when they look at each other just melts my heart! Makes me so exited to capture their wedding in August! This was the first time I got to meet them in person because they had both been away at school so I loved getting to hear all about how they met and fell in love!Stunning!So… I saw a hit, bat and ball in Rick’s truck as we were getting ready to shoot and I knew that he plays baseball at Simpson and that baseball is a huge part of their lives… I was excited to add a few of them into their engagement session! They actually met at a baseball game and he proposed on a field too. Rick & Ashley… Congrats on your engagement! I absolutely loved spending time getting to know you guys and celebrate such an exciting time in your lives! We can’t wait for August!

Boy Oh Boy – Summer is here! Complete with bare feet afternoons sipping on some delicious lemonade with the sound of little laughter squealing in delight. We are off to a great start!

Back in April we joined Melanie Mendes and Emily Van Unen of M & Em Signs for their big Urban Farm Sale… We had such a great turnout and in the back yard was the cutest little lemonade stand. They had it all decorated so cute and the kiddos were selling lemonade and goodies from it. I’m not going to lie… it made me a bit giddy excited at the thought of rounding up some little ones and doing a little stylized session out there… So we did! I appreciated Emily inviting me to bring my two rugrats too! They loved every moment of it too! Those little blondies belong to me Why thank you! I’d love a glass!!!How handsome is he?and at this point Ryder can hardly contain his excitment! Miss Emily brought out the bribery suckers and Ryder is yelling as loud as he can “sucka… sucka” like we would forget to give him one or something…

Our goal was to get some great photos for their Grower Direct Nut Co website for their family business and I think we got some great shots, had a little adventure and lots of fun! Coronado Wedding { Part I – Hotel Del Coronado & Coronado Yacht Club}

Wow… Wow… Wow!!! Our day was full of inspiration! Jared and I had the incredible opportunity to join Tori Wible and a group of talented photographers for one of Tori’s workshops. This was the first workshop that Jared and I shot together and it couldn’t have been more fun! First of all… we were in one of the most incredible locations in California… Coronado Island and did I mention that we got to shoot at Hotel Del Coronado? The details were lovingly created by Queen B Vintage Rentals and they were exquisite.

Keep an eye out for our Part II of our Coronado Workshop… and another absolutely stunning couple! Can’t wait!

Full of life… absolutely lively!!! This Brewster crew melts my heart without fail! Every time I get to spend time with them it is full of smiles, laughter and sweet moments! This family continues to have a special place in my heart and I love it when I get to spend time with them in Newport Beach! Such a “rough” place to get to work! I met this sweet family over 9 years ago… when I was going to school down south… I had the blessing of getting to babysit for the girls. And it has been so fun to watch them grow up…

ok… so these next cute ones were ones make me smile because the kiddos asked to take these ones… LOVE!
